Magnificent remote beach. The height of summer and nobody there.
Primordial sea creature. Yes it's alive!
Sprites in an old growth Redwood grove. Rob says it's just dust on the camera lens. I think the fairies flap their little wings so fast they look like a blur. That's my fantasy and I'm sticking to it! These are old money sprites saved by a grant from the Rockefeller Foundation.
Very remote creekside camping. The lullaby of the creek was so soothing. We slept like truly happy campers. Even the coyotes yipping in the middle of the night was somehow satisfying.
Waiting for Sasquatch to scamper by. We had a "Class B" encounter here a few years ago.

The Eel River very low in mid August. Some nice looking trout stranded in pools.
